Delivery rules & restrictions
UK mainland orders received by 11.00am, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the Express delivery option and the following day for orders after 11.00am and for standard delivery. Orders placed during the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Please allow one additional day for deliveries to off-shore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Express orders may require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. The Goods may be delivered in advance of the quoted delivery date.
Returned Shipments Policy
If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that we may incur. Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us.
If you no longer require the package, the value of the items it contains will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return us the package. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.
