Allow your digestive system to work optimally

1. Make your portion sizes much smaller.  Don’t deluge your body with sudden large amounts of food that it will have to work hard to digest. ‘A little and often’ helps your body function well.

3. Drink warm water or green tea during, and just after, any meal as cold fluids slow down the digestive process.

1. Even if it’s cloudy outside the UVA and UVB rays can still have a detrimental effect on your skin.  Research and find a Broad Spectrum sun protection cream of at least spf15 that states it protects from both UVA and UVB rays.

2. Use a hat when it’s very sunny outdoors.

3. Ensure that you drink 2 litres of water daily to keep your skin hydrated.
